NO CANCELLATION: Once the order has been placed, we are not able to cancel, exchange, adjust an address change, or offer a refund for the order so please be careful when you order. 

SHIPPING TO INDIA: 

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) from Japan

• ₹1,200.00 shipping for orders less than  ₹12,000.00

• Free Shipping for orders over ₹12,000.00

ID NUMBER REQUIRED FOR INDIA CUSTOMS:

• Please input your ID number from your Aadhaar Card, Passport or Pancard at checkout and also email a photocopy of the document to india@kiwabi.com for customs clearance.

• NOTE: Your address and name on your shipping address must match the name and address as it appears on the ID document.

DUTY & IMPORT TAXES

• You are responsible for paying the Duty & Import Tax fees if DHL contacts you for payment.

• If they are also requesting for you to pay VAT on top of the above Duty & Import tax fees and you have already paid VAT on your order, please forward us the DHL email so we can refund you for the VAT portion of the DHL fee.

• There is a USD $30 restocking & discarding fee if you do not respond to the DHL fee in time. DHL either ships back the product to us for a high fee or we will have to have them destroy the product if you do not respond to DHL in time.

INTERNATIONAL (Outside of India, EU, USA and Japan): 

• USD $19.99 for orders under $100
• USD $9.99 for orders over $100
• DUTY & IMPORT TAXES: You are responsible for paying the Duty & Import Tax fees if DHL contacts you for payment. There is a USD $30 restocking & discarding fee if you do not respond to the DHL fee in time.

DELIVERY

• Orders placed before 10am during store hours (Monday - Friday) will be process the shipping the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be process next day we are open.
• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
