If you purchased directly from kiwabi.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• Bundle or multi-item purchases must be returned in full
• Proof of purchase is required

Before sending your return, please email us at hello@kiwabi.com with a photo of the product(s) so we can complete a preliminary review. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us so we can match your return to your order.

Once your return is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in restockable condition, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. A $5 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
